Required documents to be entered into Zorts for the MYFL include::

• A player head-shot 
• A COPY of birth certificate
• A signed MYFL Consent Waiver to the Head Coach
  • 2024 MYFL Consent Waiver
• Copy of school schedule (8th grade only)
