EAA requires all Head and Assistant Coaches for both our recreational FUTURES program and select QUAKES program to complete coach registration for each sport/division/team each season. Coaches will:

• Read, Understand & Agree to comply with the EAA Coaches Code of Conduct and with the EAA Coaches Waiver
• Complete a background check, SafeSport and concussion awareness training

FUTURES AND QUAKES COACHES MEETINGS

Coaches for both the FUTURES program and the QUAKES program are required to attend a season informational kickoff meeting to review expectations for the Spring/Summer softball season. All teams must be represented. If the Head Coach cannot attend, then their TOP Assistant Coach must attend in his place.
